Studio Team Member

Madhouse Dance is seeking a new enthusiastic and outgoing studio team member to greet our clients, perform admin tasks, clean the studio, and more. Our studio team members are the first face of Madhouse, and the Madhouse experience starts and ends with them!

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic and kind people with outgoing personalities

• People who are organized, clean, and have great attention to detail 

• A willingness to learn and grow

• Weekday morning and weekend availability

Desired Availability and Locations:

• Weekends- Friday night, Saturday morning/afternoon, Sunday morning/afternoon

• Weekday Mornings- We’re looking to add more morning classes to our schedule, so if you have weekday morning availability, let us know!

• Weekday Evenings- While we don’t have active evening openings at the moment, our team always needs occasional shift covers.

• 1 or both locations: We are looking for studio team members who can work at 1 or both locations (Morena Blvd and/or Encinitas)

Qualifications:

• Required: 1+ years of customer service experience

• Preferred: 1+ years of dance experience
  
  

As a Studio Team Member, You Will:

• Greet our members at the door with a smile, check them in, and guide them through what they need to know for a great experience

• Answer questions for clients in person, over the phone, or over email

• Open and close the studio, as well as keep the studio clean throughout the shift 

• Foster an inclusive, fun, and supportive studio environment
