Absolutely not! All Madhouse classes are beginner-friendly and are designed to help you feel confident in your body, no matter your experience level.

We want you to wear whatever makes you feel confident and ready to move!
For our cardio classes, supportive sneakers are strongly recommended. For clothing, anything that lets you move freely is perfect—think leggings, yoga pants, or your favorite workout shorts.

Our classes do fill up so reserving your spot in advance is recommended. We can’t guarantee a spot if you walk in!

Both class types are friendly to all levels! Beginner/intermediate might be a little more challenging to beginners, but we always offer modifications to more intermediate moves, but no experience is needed for either!
