Our mission is to provide a self-love transformation through dance.

Our original spicy dance fitness classes are designed to empower and boost your confidence while giving you a fun and effective workout- no dance experience needed! Our classes are always beginner friendly and designed to celebrate women of all levels.

Why dance?

Dancing is one of the most powerful forms of exercise for both mental and physical health. If you’ve danced at a concert, in a bar, on a stage, in your room, in the rain, or in a dance studio, you have felt the joy that dancing can bring. Dance releases all the happy chemicals we know and love: endorphins, oxytocin, dopamine, and serotonin. Research shows that just 5 minutes of dancing boosts happiness and increases creative thinking patterns.

We connect with the music, we connect with our bodies, and we connect with the people around us. Moving with music allows for creative expression and endless variety that other repetitive forms of exercise cannot provide. Humans are intensely social creatures, and the socialization aspect of dance creates a sense of belonging, community, and adventure for us. These elements all work together to make dance an unrivaled form of exercise for improving overall health and happiness.
