Redroom is our original series of sexy dance fitness classes, all beginner friendly and designed to make you feel confident and spicy. Redroom is a celebration of sexuality, sensuality, and divine femininity. These classes are a beautiful physical and mental release of what our society has long considered taboo. We want to help women celebrate all the things they have been told to hide, specifically their sexuality and their body.

We turn the overhead lights down and red lighting on so that you feel comfortable to move however you desire. These classes are only open to people who identify as women and nonbinary. There is floor work, so be mindful if you have sensitive knees.

  • Dance Cardio

    Our classic Dance Cardio class will make you feel sassy, sexy, and powerful with mild to medium spiciness. If you’re not sure where to start, this one is for you. You simply follow along with the instructor as they take you through your dance party workout!

    What To Wear: Workout clothes and sneakers. And of course booty shorts if you’re comfy with it.

  • Redroom Dance Cardio

    Our bestselling and original twerkout class! Just like Dance Cardio, but extra spicy! High intensity cardio moves, fun floorwork, and sexy music combine to create the most fun, sensual workout of your life. Follow along with the instructor and feel like a badass dancer!

    What To Wear: Booty shorts, workout clothes, sneakers, and kneepads.

    Pro Tip: The looser the shorts, the more that booty jiggles! Constricting spandex wil limit the jiggle and who wants that? Not us.

  • Redroom Heels

    What’s sexier than strutting your stuff in some heels! Don’t panic, if you prefer to take the class in sneakers that is just fine with us. After a quick warm up, you’ll get into some open level choreography. Even if you’ve never been to a dance class before, you’ll leave feeling spicy and accomplished!

    What To Wear: Whatever makes you feel sexy , comfortable, and confident. Could be workout clothes, could be lingerie. Pick your poison. Wear kneepads, as floorwork is usually always included. Heels are optional. Please scuff check your heels so that they don’t leave black marks on hardwood floor.

    Pro Tip: When you’re ready, invest in a pair of real dance heels from our go-to brand Burju. These are professional, scuff free heels that are worth every penny when you’re ready to commit to your heels/ sensuality journey.

  • Redroom Choreography

    In this class you will learn an open level choreography combination that will make you feel accomplished and powerful. Sometimes slow and sensual, sometimes more fast-pasted, always sexy and empowering. Bring the positive vibes and come ready to have a good time in a low pressure environment.

    What To Wear: Whatever makes you feel sexy, comfortable, and confident. Could be workout clothes, could be lingerie. Pick your poison. Sneakers or socks for footwear. Wear kneepads, as floorwork is usually always included.

  • Redroom Chair Choreography

    Like Redroom Choreography, but with a chair! You will get sensual and learn how to work the chair as a prop while learning an open level chair choreography combination.

    What To Wear: Whatever makes you feel sexy, comfortable, and confident. Could be workout clothes, could be lingerie. Pick your poison. Wear kneepads, as floorwork is usually always included. Heels, sneakers, or socks are all options for this class. Please scuff check your heels so that they don’t leave black marks on hardwood floor.

  • Redroom Hip Hop

    This hip hop class will make you feel bad ass, confident, and powerful. You will learn fun hip hop choreography that will blend masculine and feminine energy, also sometimes working in elements of twerk and more feminine movement. Come live out your Step Up dreams with us!

    What to Wear: Whatever makes you feel good! Hip-hop inspired clothes like cargo pants, baggy shirts, or classic booty shorts will feel great. There is occasional floorwork so cover the knees or wear kneepads.
