Absolutely not! All Madhouse classes are beginner-friendly and are designed to help you feel confident in your body, no matter your experience level.

Wear whatever makes you feel the most confident and ready to sweat! For our cardio classes, we definitely recommend sneakers and shorts for maximum booty shakin’ potential.

Our classes do fill up so reserving your spot in advance is recommended. We can’t guarantee a spot if you walk in! If you do plan on walking in, make sure you arrive at least 15 minutes early to create your account with us.

Both class types are friendly to all levels, but beginner/intermediate might be a little more challenging to beginners. We always offer modifications to more intermediate moves but no experience is needed for either!
