3 easy Steps to Get Rewarded:

Step 1: Invite a friend!

Invite a friend to dance with you, and direct them to purchase an intro offer through our buy page. They must be a new client to Madhouse to qualify as a referral.

Step 2: Email us about your referral.

Email hello@madhousedance.com with the subject line “New Referral” when your friend signs up for their first class so that we can track your referral and confirm your friend’s booking. This email must be sent to us within 7 days of your friend’s booking.

Step 3: You get a $20 account credit!

Once we confirm your friend’s booking and purchase, we’ll assign the referral to you and a $20 account credit will be applied to your Madhouse account! This can be used on future purchases or to credit a future membership payment.

Refer more friends for more rewards!

There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make! Each new client that you refer will earn you a $20 account credit. More friends, more dancing, more money back.

Please note, all bookings must be completed directly through Madhouse. Referral rewards do not apply to third party bookings such as Classpass. Rewards will only be applied as account credits for future purchases and cannot be applied to past purchases.
