3 Steps to Get Rewarded:

Step 1: Email us about your referral.

Email hello@madhousedance.com with the subject line “New Referral” when your friend signs up for their first class so that we can track your referral and confirm your friend’s booking. They must be a new client to Madhouse (never visited) and this email must be sent to us sent within 7 days of your friend’s booking.

Step 2: You get a $20 Reward!

Once we confirm your friend’s booking and that they attended class, we’ll assign the referral to you and a $20 account credit will be applied to your account. You can use these credits on future purchases or to apply to memberships.

Step 3: Refer more friends for more rewards!

There’s no limit to how many referrals you can make! Each new client that you refer will earn you a $20 account credit. More friends, more dancing, more happiness.

Morena Studio: Valid for bookings at the Morena studio through November 30th, 2024.

Encinitas Studio: Valid for bookings at the Encinitas studio through December 31st, 2024.

All bookings must be completed directly through Madhouse. Referral rewards do not apply to third party bookings such as Classpass. Rewards will only be applied as account credits for future purchases and cannot be applied to past purchases.
