Mad Girls Club is your excuse to put on the fit you've been dying to wear, do your hair and makeup, and shake some booty at Madhouse without being in an actual class following instructions.
For 90 minutes, we're turning the space into your girls' night hangout. A place to listen to music, get to know your fellow madwomen, and shake it out under the disco ball. Snacks and non alcoholic beverages will be provided. A DJ will be playing for the duration of the event. Dancing is not required but heavily encouraged ;)

Beginner Fundamental Heels: While all of our classes are beginner friendly, this class will really break things down and teach you the basics of moving in heels. You will dive into heels technique with strengthening exercises and across the floor combos, followed by a beginner choreography combo!
