Madhouse Dance is seeking enthusiastic and talented instructors to spread their love of dance as part of the very first Madhouse Los Angeles team! Selected candidates will go through an interview, audition, and our Madhouse Training Program to prepare for leading dynamic, high-energy classes using our Madhouse formats.

Our Openings:

• Dance Cardio & Redroom Dance Cardio Instructors

  • Seeking energetic and enthusiastic dance fitness instructors to teach high impact, high energy Madhouse Dance Cardio formats

  • Selected candidates will do a video interview, followed by a 10-15 minute video audition

  • Selected candidates will move onto our hands-on Madhouse Training Program (see training dates below) before their final full class audition

• Heels Choreography/ Redroom Choreography Instructors

  • Seeking experienced dancers and instructors to choreograph and teach beginner friendly, spicy, empowering choreography classes

  • Selected candidates will interview and video audition with a 45-60 second choreography routine

  • Our class levels include Beginner, Beginner/Intermediate, and occasionally Intermediate classes. Routines must be relatively even counts (rather than relying on musicality), digestible to beginners, and still fun and exciting to all levels.

Qualifications:

• Required: 2+ years of dance experience

• Preferred: 1+ years of dance teaching experience

Desired Availability & Location

• Weekday evenings 4PM-9PM

• Saturday mornings or early afternoon

As an instructor, you will:

• Lead high-energy, empowering dance cardio or choreography classes on a weekly basis

• Engage and motivate students of all levels

• Learn how to choreograph and teach our Madhouse formats

• Create an inclusive, fun, and supportive class environment

• Market your classes via social media, word of mouth, etc.

• Keep your classes fresh on a weekly basis to keep your students eager for more

What We Offer:

• Hybrid Attendance-Based Pay (guaranteed base rate plus per head bonus)

  • Pay Range: $45-$75 depending on experience and attendance

Required Training Dates:

• Dance Cardio & Redroom Dance Cardio trainees will be required to go through our Madhouse Training Program. If you cannot attend the following training dates, but would still like to apply, please notify us in your application.

• Selected Choreography Instructors will not undergo above training workshops, but will have a Madhouse Choreo training with a trainer
