Dance Cardio & Redroom Dance Cardio Instructor

Madhouse Dance is seeking enthusiastic and talented instructors to spread their love of dance to the Madhouse community! Selected candidates will go through an interview, audition, and our Madhouse training program to prepare for leading dynamic, high-energy classes using our Madhouse formats.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic, kind, and talented dancers

• A strong understanding of counts, rhythm, and musicality

• A positive and outgoing personality

• A willingness to learn and grow

Desired Availability & Locations

• Weekends- Friday evening, Saturday morning/afternoon, Sunday morning/afternoon

• Weekday Mornings- We’re looking to add more morning classes to our schedule!

• Weekday Evenings- While we don’t have active evening openings at the moment, our team always needs occasional subs and the schedule is subject to open up.

• 1 or both locations: We are looking for instructors who can teach at 1 or both locations (Morena Blvd and/or Encinitas)

Qualifications:

• Required: 1+ years of dance experience

• Preferred: 1+ years of dance teaching experience

As an instructor, you will:

• Lead high-energy, empowering dance cardio classes

• Engage and motivate students of all levels

• Learn how to choreograph and teach our Madhouse formats

• Create an inclusive, fun, and supportive class environment
